Timi?oara, Romania – February 27, 2025 – Hexing Europe reaffirmed its commitment to supporting education and fostering the next generation of renewable energy professionals through an educational exchange program in collaboration with Politehnica University Timi?oara. As part of this initiative, Hexing Europe welcomed students from Universitatea Tehnic? a Moldovei, providing them with a hands-on industry experience to enhance their technical knowledge and career prospects.
The program featured a comprehensive learning experience at Hexing Europe's facilities in Timi?oara, where students gained in-depth insights into the renewable energy industry and explored potential career opportunities.
The day began with a guided tour of Hexing Europe's production lines, offering students a firsthand look at the manufacturing processes of smart metering equipment. Following this, an introductory session on photovoltaic systems provided key knowledge on modern solar energy technologies and their role in the energy transition.
To bridge the gap between academia and industry, Hexing Europe’s engineers shared their professional experiences, offering valuable insights into career development. Additionally, the company’s HR team conducted a specialized training session on CV writing, equipping students with essential tools for career success. A hands-on workshop further enriched the experience, as students learned to design photovoltaic system schematics and grasped fundamental solar installation and operation techniques.
At the conclusion of the program, each student was awarded a Basic Competency Certificate in Photovoltaic Systems, enhancing their professional credentials and giving them a competitive edge in the renewable energy sector.
